    March 29th, 2012 Went through the drive through on Kenaston at about 3:30 today. We ordered an egg wrap, a small coffee and a small icecap. when ordering, I told the person that I had a "Roll Up the Rim" free coffee. The coffee cup had a napkin in it that had been used to soak up the coffee from the bottom so that it wouldn't leak into the glove box and the lid from the same coffee cup. When I handed my Tim's card and the cup over to the young man at the cash window he said, " What's that??" I said that it was my free coffee cup. He said, " We take the cup, we don't take garbage." I think they need to work with their staff to improve their attitude toward customer service. I also agree with an previous complaint that it's frustrating to go through the drive through and get the order wrong. Yesterday's single cream double sugar was undrinkable because it had too much sugar, so today we tried single single and there was no sugar in it at all.
