The Latest Review of Tim Hortons Donuts

I was in the drive thru today(September 1) for 7 minutes to get my French Vanilla and my donut as I do everyday. I was almost late for work. By the time I'm ready to indulge my coffee, IT WAS NOT FRENCH VANILLA. From my busy day, I have to drive all the way down to Tims (@1609 Kenaston Boulevard) to return the crappy coffee they gave me and ask for what I paid for. I do understand that they were busy but isn't it that you have to deliver a good CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another, instance is when I paid for everything and they forgot to give me my coffee. I have to drive all the way back to the same Tims to get my coffeee. Is there a way you can orient your staff to do good in their job. I don't think their job is as hard. Please ensure that you staff are reliable because if this will continue, Tim Hortons will shut down in no time. I am not happy about this and I hope that you rectify this matter.
